How do you handle this situation?:[/b] [b]I would figure out what is the problem and decide if it is really necessary to have this argument on the server. Most of the time, it's not and should be put into dms between those to people.[/b] [b]You see two players micspamming and minging around the base and causing a general disturbance. How do you handle this situation?:  First, give them a warning that they need to stop, if they don’t stop by then gag them, if it makes things worse, like shooting other players, I would probably kick them. If they rejoin and do it again, I would talk to the head of staff or owner about getting them banned as they are causing a problem for other players in the server. I personally don’t want to be the guy that bans people.[/b] [b]A player requests your attention and tells you that they were RDMed however you see no evidence of this in the logs or kill box. How do you handle this situation? For this kind of situation, I would just have to tell them that the kill logs/box don’t show evidence that they were RDMed. If they don’t think I am right/telling the truth, I would ask other players if they knew if the RDM actually happened and to see if the original player is just complaining to be mingy. [/b] [b]A player is being disrespectful to staff members and commanders and once you are in the correct distance to hear him he makes a smart comment about you. How do you handle this situation?: For the comment he made about me, I would thank him for their opinion.
